I am writing this review after experiencing worst online shopping experience. I received only one item in my parcel whereas two items were supposed to be delivered. The Zellbury receipt inside the package showed the purchasing of two items, one is the one I ordered and the other one was wrong and also not received. It was a paid order. I complained through calls customer service, emails and Whatsapp but no response is received. They have the pathetic customer service as they neither provide any update nor resolve the issue. Even they are not reimbursing my payment. They simply don't reply. They don't even issue a complain number for tracking complain.I have been approaching them continuously for last 5 days but they are not giving any positive response and update. I will never recommend Zellbury to anyone for shopping.
