My experience was good I requested more information which I wanted before my purchase, i thought it would be an email. I was sent it a bit later through a representative on WhatsApp and I was offered some extra savings. But as it was late I already purchased my machines (handheld devices) the gentleman who was responding was very kind and helpful, he said he would find out if he could give me the difference back, but his manager said no,Can't be done! which I was actually disappointed in. Especially as unkown to that manager I was going to purchase some of the bigger machines. I was spending more just for the zemmits name even after the savings, but as they couldn't give me a few pounds back I decided to shop elsewhere. It's principle for me really.The devices are good although my Glacier facial was on the cold hammer during a treatment and kept going warm! Even after the 8 hour charge, so not sure what that's about. Going to monitor it today as been on long charge if it happens again, I will send it back for a refund. I don't need unreliable equipment during my clients paid treatments. So I will update.Update: I would like Zemits to be more honest about the products capabilites in the description. One would presume with a name like Glacier Facial device it would be extremely cold! Not so, although the other treatments work well, the so called Glacier part (cold therapy) works 2 min top before going hot and when i contacted customer services they explained it uses the air in the enviroment. So if the room is warm it wont last very long, well in the heat of the summer and in a beauty room which needs to be a constant warm temperature it defeats the purpose! This is a great at home device for personal use, definitely not one for a professional setting.The last joke from customer service is that i should get more training. I am trained, to a level 3 VTCT in electrical facials. Its a little bit insulting to be honest and the 30 days return policy doesnt exist either.I also completed the online training in the portal on the day of purchase. Needless to say it wasn't extensive nor did it teach me anything I didnt already know.Very dissapointed
