Just had an upgrade from Fibre 100 to 500.
This was sorted out by Amanda, who contacted me due to my not being happy with a pricing discrepancy.
Amanda was very understanding and explained the pricing, which I accepted, I originally noticed the discrepancy whilst searching for a speed upgrade and I explained this to Amanda, stating that I was still looking to upgrade my speed.
No problem, Amanda sorted me out a terrific price and set the wheels in motion, she also arranged for a new Router to be sent out.
14 hours later my new speeds kicked in and the day after that my new Router arrived, absolutely brilliant but, as a long long standing Customer, I really didn’t expect much less.
I sometimes overreact when, on the very rare occasions, things go wrong but, the Customer Service Crew at Zen are always understanding of my frustrations, which is a great help with my Mental Health.
I couldn’t recommend Zen Internet highly enough, I know not everyone will agree but I can only go on the service I’ve received and I’ve been a Zen Customer for around 20 years.
Products aren’t the cheapest you can get but, in Zen’s case that old adage rings true…..You Get What You Pay For
