Service worked decent about 90% of the time I used it. Service then went down after 2 months of use with invalid credentials error. They sent me new codes after 3 days that were m3u instead of xstream. I have asked them several times to get my old xstream codes working or send me new xstream codes and have been ghosted. Waste of money on a one-year subscription with unreliable customer service and TV service. Will not use Zen 4K again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
