The platform is more polished and easier to navigate than other therapist directories and allows for listing a group and linking individual clinicians to a central page. One area they could improve upon is from time to time I receive messages from individuals in crisis and in need of immediate care. Adjusting the interface to make it clear to clients that it is 1) not a crisis platform and 2) the messaging is not a live chat service would be helpful. With that said, I am in my 3rd year with Zencare and it has been highly productive for my practice.
