My simple tasks just got stuck in processing. I hour and counting . Have tried it twice now and I am wasting credits. Cant get a refund according to the bot which can't help either and said it should only take 60 secs to process and to email the company! It tried connecting me to a human but I have been waiting 38 minutes now, I have had to email. This is the first time I have paid for Zen and has been a very poor experience. It started well on the free version (although took about 20 mins) but the face changed quite a lot, so I paid to remove the watermark and do a face swap to remedy. Wish I had stuck with my other tools. I wanted to post tonight. Really disappointed - promised so much but didn't deliver.
