Apparently I made an error while attempting to create a Zengo account via an Android mobile device. Zengo Support Team member, Noah, looked into Zengo systems and found that there was no account associated with my email and subsequently recommended that I uninstall the application, followed by reinstalling the application, and proceed with the creation of a Zengo account. The above said team member is an exceptional one; very patient and highly professional. Great Support team! I recommend that Noah receive a promotion! Have a great day.
