I have experienced many hosting and this is the best one. they offer paid and free servers with paid servers being very reliable (used for up to a year straight without any issues). pricing wise, their offers are too good to be true that I don't know if they're still profiting but it seems like they are sustaining very well. for their free services, I've a few friends who used it and all their feedback is positive, it's not anything special but they offer 24/7 uptime and a user friendly coin system to upgrade your server. it's the best out there if you have no money at all but could get annoying as you will need to renew it once it a while so I strongly recommend just buying the cheapest server if you can afford it. as for their customer service, they have a small team but is always responding to every request. other than that, the owner - escher - is very friendly. (I am not ai just because I use em dashes)
