I recieved my "Sleep Now"diffuser 2 days ago and I'm so disappointed that It didn't help me to sleep at all. But I have a high tolerance to drugs as Ive been on and off strong painkillers since my 20's when I slipped a disc in my back and had 2 knee ops so it would probably take more than the diffuser to help me sleep. It did calm my racing head and relax me and the presentation of it is well done. It's box was solid and a lovely design so I'm giving it 4 stars. So it's back on the hunt for something else .UPDATE. I5/08/25 I saw my doctor and she said Melatonin isn't strong enough for me though it did relax me but not enough to sleep.
