Thank you so much for this amazing produict... It goes right into your bloodstream unlike a pill that is digested first or chamomile tea etc. I use this and I'm nodding off before I realize it. It's not just melatonin it has chamomile in it. I drank the tea for a bit but I was often too full to drink tea before bed. Going directly into my bloodstream it works faster... it really is working for me ☺️
