Very good product for anyone struggling to sleep. I've had these for 4/5 days and slept the whole night with no issues. Where as before I found this product I was lucky to have 4/5 hours a night and waking up so tired. Now I wake feeling loads better refreshed and ready for the day I happily give this product 5 massive star
