Oh my goodness I have never slept 8 hours straight in probably over 40 years the first night I was shocked and when I woke up I was not tired and felt so rested. It is wonderful I literally start yawning 10 minutes or so and I'm gone. Thank you I will definitely be ordering more. Give it a try I have tried so much and have been so disappointed but this is organic all natural and I love the smell I just ordered three more. I never want to be with out it.
