First night last night and wow what a difference I really struggle to get to sleep and sometimes takes me hours but last night not even 10 minutes and I was sound asleep so impressed with this product. I have tried all sorts of sleep aid aids and remedies nothing has worked am shocked in away that it’s worked so well. Looking forward to bedtime tonight knowing I have this not worrying how I am going to sleep full 9 hours last night not slept this well in months definitely recommend this product to any one that has same problems as myself. Even the taste is amazing so over all definitely try ❤️
