Zenni charged my credit card without me placing an order. When I called them, the customer service agent was super nonchalant like it wasn't a big deal. I had to explain to the agent that he should be using phrases like "This is definitely a serious concern" and "I am urgently sending a message to the appropriate party and you will hear back from us within ___ hours." UPDATE: Zenni now charged the same card AGAIN after reaching out to me to tell me they would process a refund. So now I have 2 charges for the same order which I never placed.
