They only communicate by email. Very inefficient with a tech problem. Got the run around over and over. I gave up after 3 days of wasted time. Honestly at times began to think I was talking to a bot. Talking by phone would have made a huge difference. Missed producing my radio broadcast. UPDATE: They are asking through Trustpilot for more details. The best I can do is to say the BUTT software stopped connecting even when I followed the instructions over and over. That meant I could no longer do live shows. Now I have to pre- record. Everytime I sent screenshots showing the settings I was told to use and did so- it would not connect. A few people responded now and then but they weren’t paying attention and telling me to do the same thing over snd over that had already not worked. It felt like if you don’t buy a package, they don’t care. A phone call would have taken a lot less time and talking to one person would have been a lot less confusing and probably would have solved the issue.
