Proof you need to reach out before leaving reviews. I just removed a review I left about Zeno fm where I wasn't happy. I was bombarding them with emails so they arranged a meeting with me to go over the issues I had. All were sorted during the meeting and the result was I could not have been happier. I have subsequently moved my station over to Zeno FM, and I could not be happier. Yes i still run into issues, but there is a great support team there to help you get things sorted. The technician has been amazing, and has worked with me.One thing that initially bugged me was confusion with customer service, but realistically, it's not their job to sort my problems out, they are there to help, and sometimes that means referring to someone more knowledgeable. This is exactly what they are doing. I cannot recommend Zeno FM enough. As I said, I have moved my station over, and paid for a year upfront. I am already recommending Zeno to other stations.
