Very bad service at Paris car park 21 Rue Duris 75020 Paris. They did not deliver what was agreed and paid for: I could not enter or leave the garage with the personal password provided by Zenpark.There is no code reader outside the garage to enter the password, there is no such code so entry to the garage is impossible and inside the garage the code reader does not work. The help provided by telephone was initially nil and after several calls the garage was opened remotely. It is a disgrace that they offer such a bad service. I really had serious problems getting in and out of the garage. On the day of my departure I had to climb over people's doors to get into the garage as my departure was at 06:00am and I was lucky that a neighbour in the building opened the door for me with his remote control, as I insist, the code reader inside the garage did NOT work.I will never repeat with Zenpark because if they have this lack of control in this garage I don't even want to imagine what will happen in the other garages.It was an unbelievable situation, it is impossible for this to happen in a country like France.
