Horrible, DO NOT USE! I used Zenpark, booked a parking place the day before going to Paris, when I got there, all roads leading to the car park were closed off due to a Paris half marathon I found out once I saw it. The parking place should never have been sold given I couldn't drive towards it. Also tried their customer service to complain and no response. They gave me no notice of this half marathon and did not refund me either. Very unhappy.
