Had an atrocious service from Zen-PHATOM-PARK.Booked and paid for a garage spot in central Paris for 4 hours (12 euros). (no instruction on how to enter the garage were sent), still, I went to the address, found a tiny gate closed with no panel and no instruction on how to go through the gate or any access code. Waited ..for 20 minutes, there was a faulty intercom, couldn't try to reach no one despite trying like a fool fumbling through the archaic device. They had a phone number hung on the building, I called few times, nobody picked up, it was on answering machine each time. After half an hour of trying and having my car in hazard lights in a tiny street, at the risk of getting a fine, I had to give up and leave. I sent them an email straight afterwards requesting a refund, after 4 days of this incident, no refund or a reply from them!!! I am calling my bank to file a complaint. the experience was anything but 'zen'.Reading through sone other comments, other people had similar experiences.... Either the garage ys closed at parking or at picking up your car time !!! Their reply through their app. is also horrendous, they seem to reply to bad reviews on Trust Pilot by Generic replies. They say contact us through the form, but they never get back to you!!Not recommended at all, couldn't give them less than one star!
