My experience with Zenpark has been deeply negative and financially damaging. They delayed the delivery of the access key by an entire month, which forced me to pay the full first month for a total of 150 euros without being able to use the service at any time. I received no explanation, no solution and no compensation even though the delay was entirely their responsibility.When I left the parking space on the 2nd, I was given three days to return the key. Due to work commitments I could not send it on the afternoon of the 5th and sent it by certified mail on the 6th first thing in the morning, only a few hours after the limit. Despite this, Zenpark attempted to charge me a 50 euro penalty and they have not returned my 60 euro deposit.In total this situation has cost me 260 euros, combining a full unused month, an unjustified penalty and a withheld deposit.Severe delays, lack of support, rigid policies even when the issue starts with the company and a customer experience that leaves users completely unprotected.If you are considering using Zenpark, I strongly recommend taking all of this into account.
