Disastrous experience. We could no longer make our pick-up time, and tried (24 hours in advance) to extend our booking by a couple of hours, but were told by customer service that this was completely impossible, and that our code will not work on our arrival. Moreover, because we were picking up the car on a Sunday, we were told the emergency contact number would not be answered if nobody else using the car park happened to let us in. We are a family of 5, and will find ourselves with no way to access our car, and stranded on the pavement overnight. Customer service completely unable to help extend the booking, or to offer any solution. Completely unacceptable.
