Used to be very good, now not that safe

I have used Zenpark sevral times in the past, and it was always a smooth and convenient experience. Last time, alas, I had a problem. The lock on the pedestrian exit was broken and the door could not be locked. I have informed Zenpark about it as I left the parking, and they have advised me twice five and seven days later, that it was repaired. As I returned, after ten days, not only that the lock was not repaired and the door broken, but there was no light. Not fun at eight at night as you approach long parking ramp. Zenpark refused to fix this, told me it is not their responsibility, told me the problems with light will be sorted out in 2022, and did not indicate how long it will take for the lock and door to be fixed. They also refused to put this information on their web site, which is deceiving and misleading, as customers should know that they are leaving the car at an unsafe parking. Overall an unnecessary problem, dealt with in a strange way. Pity!December 2After two weeks, and having approached Zenpark immediately after they sent a message here, I have not received replies to my questions, namely, why was the door lock not repaired, though I was assured this was the case, and why future clients are not informed on the web site that there will be no light till some time in 2022 and the door is not locked. Not only unsafe but dangerous.
