One of the worst experiences I have -ever- had with a company. About every 90 days their app won't open the garage. Support is -really- bad, tells us everything is fine when I'm standing in front of the garage door that is not working. They took two weeks to fix it one time and told us they would reimburse our taxi's so we could go to work, well that took 8 months and some very stern hand written letters to actually happen. Sometimes support just gets annoyed and hangs up on you, and if their app isn't working on a Sunday? Well support doesn't work Sunday's so you'll just have to do without your car. Honestly it is truly impressive how little this company cares about taking care of their customers, even with a service as simple as a parking spot.
