So, in response to my request for help and some sort of compensation for their negligence costing me hundreds of euros, all I get is a reply saying: fill in the form on website! I’ve already done this countless times and also asked for a supervisor; nothing! Not even a reply! Stay well clear of this company! It’s getting worse by the day!
