We were unable to access the car park to retrieve our car in Paris. We did not receive the automatic email to gain access to the car park. We tried the chat, but that was useless. When we called the number on the application to get help there was only an explanation in very fast French. We finally managed to use Google translate to find out the we had to choose option 2!! When we finally spoke to someone they didn't speak one word of English - so again Google live translate - very difficult and unsympathetic person on the line. After 4 to 5 phone calls we were able to get our carback. It took an hour!! Will will avoid Zen parking if at all possible again.
