When collecting my car on Friday, I had to make my way to rue du Faubourg de Roubaix, number 58. There, via the app, a door would open automatically.No door opened and there was no "Zenpark" sign anywhere to be seen. Enquiries at a restaurant only managed to tell me that so many people had already been lost to Zenpark.There is no phone number to call Zenpark in case of problems. You are left in the lurch.After 40 minutes of waiting, a car came out of the garage and the driver told me the entrance was a door with broken glass but no number with code B25400. A code I never got.Luckily that car came out of the garage and was able to help me otherwise I would not have been able to recover my car.The way you guys run your business and the way you treat customers is downright crapuleus.I am devoured by your company.Additional: already when you drive into the garage, the misery started; by the time you get downstairs, the gate is already closing so you have to go back up on foot to activate the misery.This is by far the worst parking service I have ever used.Lost 45 minutes!Never again!Disgraceful!
