This is quite frustrating. I bought a multi-station charger that was faulty, and after a replacement, it was faulty again. Now, nearly a month later, after requesting a full refund and collection for the non-functional charger, they want me to travel an hour to a drop-off point. Avoid this service. Following their reply, they never reached out again. I still had to make the trip to return the expensive and ineffective charging station.
