This is my first time using a wireless charging device. I expected it to be the same as using a cord for charging. I emailed customer service and received a quick response, which detailed how wireless charging works. I was offered advice on how to speed up the charging time as well as an offer to write back if I was still unsure how to properly use the charging station. Follow up help after purchasing a product is very important to me and Zens definitely checked that box!
