Product came damaged and not working

Product came damaged and not working. I sent an email to the info@zens account but have not received a responseEdit: currently in contact with support team regarding warranty. Will post an update of my experience.Edit 2: after speaking with customer service I was able to get a new one while sending in the damaged one. Everything is working great and the process of speaking with customer service was easy and smooth.
