I ordered a series of chargers which have not been delivered. It took Zens longer than stated to ship. Since then the items have been in a delayed status, with the courier saying the issue is with Zens.Whilst I appreciate shipping challenges in Nov and Dec, I’ve had no response from Zens. I’ve tried help tickets, online customer service, and multiple emails to no avail. I’ve opened a fraud case with my bank. Avoid.
