I purchased my first 4-in-1 MagSafe + Watch Wireless Charging Station in March 2024. Since then, I have had three warranty claims for this product and now need to make a fourth warranty claim. It has always been the same problem - the USB-C 18W port to charge a 4th device fails and does not charge the 4th device (an iPad for me). Each time, I tried multiple cables that worked with other chargers, but those cables did not work with the Zens 4-in-1 USB-C 18W port. There must be a design defect that Zens needs to correct. At the current rate, I will go through 15 or 16 warranty claims in three years.The idea behind the product is great, and the design is a great design. No other product meets my needs like this Zens product. However, the product continues to fail.Although Zens customer service has been great and honored its warranty without any resistance, I would much prefer not having to deal with a defective product. If it weren’t for Zens customer service, I would give this product only 2 stars.
