The good customer support means providing the replacement or reimbursement to the client first without waiting for the end of their investigation.After my feedback here, the company’s client support team reacted quickly by dispatching the replacement. It arrived in almost no time and was correctly delivered by DPD though something is wrong with this delivery company - no pre-announcement, no door bell ring, no request for signature. It was just left at the door.I am satisfied with the charger and the expensive box.
