#1 I ordered some equipment to be shipped out next day air and confirmed that several times with the rep. I received the package days later and it was labeled ground. #2 The equipment I received required some mounting hardware to be able to install it in my application. There was no mention of that during the time that I placed the order. I sent pics of my application/gate that the equipment was supposed to be installed on but I guess there was not enough familiarity with the product. #3 Thd day after I purchased the equipment I received an email from your company saying to complete my order. This concerned me as I needed the equipment next dayaid. I had to call the company and they told me to disregard the messsge. #4 I asked for a quote on a couple of crash bars on Sept 3. I had to call yesterday to ask where the quote was. I finally received the quote yesterday after my reminder quote. I couldn’t wait so I bought the product elsewhere as there are so many suppliers of this equipment. In closing, your reps were very friendly and courteous but I think that their product knowledge is lacking and of course, the shipping issue upset me along with the lack of a sense of urgency.
