I ordered a lumbar car support cushion three weeks ago, and there's still no sign of it. It was advertised as a few working days, which is clearly misleading since the products are shipped from overseas. I'm convinced this is a scam site, and I doubt I'll get a refund (if needed) when my order finally arrives. I would NOT recommend engaging with this service.
