I regret not checking the reviews before ordering what was supposed to be a beautiful oak corner bookcase (£210 on a Black Friday deal) from their appealing website. It took forever to arrive and is nothing like the advertised image, lacking instructions and made from flimsy wood. It's the only bookcase I can lift with one hand! They seem to think a small discount is an acceptable resolution. I'm hoping the payment platform can help me sort this out, as I used their credit service for the transaction. A significant mistake. The low ratings tell the story. I've found a similar item for £40 elsewhere.
