I purchased a Nordic lamp, which took a long time to arrive. I reached out to them, but they didn't respond to my emails. When the lamp finally arrived, it was completely crooked and asymmetrical, with a difference of about 1.5 cm from the center. After contacting them again, I received a response in English and then in another language, which was strange. They refused to accept the item back for this reason. Unbelievable. Their only offer was a 15% discount. I do not recommend buying anything from this service. The item comes from overseas, despite claims of local origin on their website, and their contact number doesn't work either.
