The furniture they advertised is not what I received. They sent a cheap substitute and then tried to persuade me to keep it with a discount offer. We're talking about a £10-20 discount on a £140 piece of furniture that isn’t even worth £20. The item was of a different size and material, only vaguely similar. Their return policy claims they will refund if the item is incorrect or defective, but getting a refund was difficult. I had to argue repeatedly and point out their own policy. They initially suggested they wouldn’t cover the return. I won't be purchasing from them again.
