I regret not looking at the reviews prior to ordering what was supposed to be a lovely oak corner bookcase (£210 during a Black Friday deal), from a stylish website. The delivery took a long time, and the item is nothing like the picture shown. There were no assembly instructions provided, and it’s made of very lightweight, flimsy material. I can easily lift it with one hand! They believe that offering a discount on the original price is a suitable resolution. I'm hoping that the payment platform can help resolve this issue since I used their credit option for the purchase. This has turned out to be a significant mistake. The poor ratings are quite telling. I've found a similar item for £40 elsewhere.
