I regret not checking reviews before placing my order. I had a similar experience; I ordered in November, and it took 3 weeks to arrive. The most disappointing part is the coat stand, which cost me $188. It was supposed to be wooden, but instead, it’s made of cheap metal. I requested a full refund, but the process has been dragging on since then. Initially, they responded to my emails, pretending to care and work on a solution, but now they have stopped replying. Don’t make the same mistake I did; verify their credibility before spending your hard-earned money. Additionally, I would advise against trusting the reviews on their site, as I was unable to leave my own review.
