This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've had with a brand that claims to value its customers. I purchased earbuds as a gift, but when opened, one was completely defective. When I reached out for support, I was told to visit a physical location to discard the product, which was closed when I arrived. Instead of replacing the faulty item, they suggested repairs, which is unacceptable. This whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service and accountability.
