Zero Lifestyle has the worst service ever. I bought the Zero Atom Pro Buds and they had issues from day one. I sent them back three times, but the problem was never fixed. On the third return, they even scratched them—and then claimed they didn’t do it. Now they’re refusing to take them back. Apparently, if I ever want my faulty buds again, I just need to email them and they'll kindly return my broken product. Absolutely pathetic service.
