The service does not provide accessible contact information, and even after switching to the Free Plan months ago, I still see monthly charges. There’s no way to stop billing or remove my payment information, and some areas of their website seem to be malfunctioning. At this point, the service raises serious concerns. I urgently need my account deleted and the charges to stop.
