My experience with ZFN and in particular Zaid has been excellent. He has been very clear, concise and honest from the beginning. The direct WhatsApp communication was very helpful, and everything was set out clearly. He effectively managed my expectations and provided an example of the type of report he will produce as a final product. I needed the property I was purchasing to be surveyed promptly. Zaid was quick to book in and communicate with the vendors and arrange a date. He stayed in constant communication, and after the survey we had a very detailed conversation. He explained all the findings providing any issues, the cause, and the potential remedial action that would be needed. This is a company I would highly recommend as they focus on high quality work, but more importantly they care about the service they provide.
