The platform actively assists dishonest clients in stealing your work and intimidates you if you voice concerns. Here is my documented experience: I Won, Then Robbed: I won a logo contest for a $250 prize. After transferring the copyright, the client and the platform reversed my win, claiming it was a "mistake." Coerced into a Settlement with Lies: Their support agent misled me, stating my design was "not downloaded." Based on this falsehood, they pressured me into accepting a partial payment of $150 with a threatening ultimatum. I had to accept this "Under Protest," while reserving my legal rights. The Theft Exposed: I recently discovered the client is using my stolen design on their official website. Management's Response: More Lies & Threats: When I presented undeniable proof to their Senior Manager, his "investigation" was a sham. He ignored my "Under Protest" evidence and defended the theft. When I pushed back, their support team accused me of "fraud" and threatened to remove me from the platform. Conclusion: This platform is a corrupt and dangerous space for designers. They facilitated theft, lied to cover it up, and then bullied the victim. I have filed a formal DMCA Takedown notice against the client and am now pursuing complaints with the relevant authorities. Avoid this platform at all costs; they are accomplices to fraud. I have all the email evidence and screenshots to substantiate my claims.
