0 stars. Scam. Zillist breached our contract, according which they had to provide up to 6 leads per month and if I'm not satisfied during 90 days, I will get a full refund. They provided 1 fake and 1 rental (I don't even sign up for rentals) leads. After my request to refund my money after 90 days, they started playing games "give us another week, month... "you call wrong department" game, "you will get a refund"... but since May - no refund, they don't respond anymore... 8/6/25 I still did not receive refund (per contract)! Zillist do not return my calls nor emails. Do not trust your money to Zillist. They do not deliver what was promised in the contract!8/20/25 - Zillist does not respond and still did not refund the money, according to the Contract!DO NOT TRUST your money and your business to Zillist
