I placed an order for glasses on 19 January 2025, with a production time of 5-7 days, for a total of $129. I reached out via LiveChat on 24 January requesting an update. I receive a response from Tina within a couple of hours saying I would have a tracking number within 48hrs. On 28 January, I followed up with a request for an update on my glasses. No response. On 29 January, I sent another request for update. No response via LiveChat. I sent an email to the service@zinff email address. I received an out of office message saying they would return on 3 February. On 3 February, I sent another request both via LiveChat and via email. No response. I sent another message on 4 February requesting cancellation with full refund due to their lack of response. I have yet to receive a response. If I have no response by 5 February, I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback due to suspicion of fraud and lack of communication.Feb 16, 2025 Update: glasses received and are just fantastic. The company was extremely responsive after the apparent holiday. Lesson learned: if you need new glasses in a “short” timeframe - do not order during the Chinese Public Holiday.
