I received a product and want a refund. I immediately started speaking with a customer rep and they are argumentative, rude and unwilling to allow me to return my product for a refund. They are using scare tactics like you will be responsible for shipping, we are based in China so the shipping will be high, and you will not get a full refund, with shipping you would not have any money back. What is the point of forcing a customer to keep a product they are unhappy with??? This was the worst place to purchase from, as they obviously do not care about their customer.
