I had a very disappointing experience with this service.
A subscription was activated and renewed repeatedly without me ever receiving a confirmation email or clear onboarding completion. Because of this, I reasonably believed the account had not been properly created, and I was never able to access or manage the subscription as expected. The subscription also did not appear in my Apple subscriptions, which made it impossible to monitor or cancel from my side.
Multiple charges were taken over time before I noticed them. After contacting support, I had to go through a long back-and-forth process to get help. While support eventually refunded two charges as a “goodwill gesture,” the overall experience felt unclear and difficult to navigate.
My main issue is the lack of transparency and the fact that payments continued despite no clear confirmation or accessible account setup.
I would strongly advise others to carefully monitor their payments if they try this service.
