This was their response:the customer becomes responsible for cost of shipping both ways, and this total amount gets deducted from the overall refund. It cost us $212.08 to ship it, and to ship it back to our warehouse, is about $220 This means that at least $432.08 would be deducted from your refund. There is also a restocking fee of $78.12, which we would also need to deduct from the refund. This brings total deducted from refund to be $510.20, making the refund only $259.34.
