Wont accept order cancelations or returns. I tried to cancel an order PRIOR to delivery but the company never responded. They didn't answer any of my emails but a couple weeks later finally someone answered the phone and said they had staff out sick but would contact me soon with return information. I never heard from them until 4 weeks later when an agent emailed me to say that I contacted them too late (?) for their return policy.
